We have now rerouted all traffic to our disaster recovery instance. The issue has been resolved, and all services will gradually come back online shortly.

Root Cause Identified:
The issue is caused by a global outage with our hosting partner, Microsoft Azure, which unfortunately affects our instances in both North Europe and West Europe. We are currently awaiting updates from Microsoft Azure and are closely monitoring the situation.
Important: Sales in POS are functioning as normal, but loyalty lookups and the discount engine are temporarily unavailable.
