Monitoring

We have identified that the ongoing connectivity issues are affecting customers using the Global Connect ISP in certain parts of Norway. Global Connect is currently working to resolve the problem. If you are a Global Connect customer, please follow updates directly on their status page:

Identified

Our development team has identified that the issue affecting the dashboard in the portal and POS is related to connectivity problems with certain customers Internet Service Provider (ISPs). This is impacting some customers. Using the POS in offline mode should work as a temporary workaround. We are closely monitoring the situation.
